I think I'd like to go to this. Put on by the Library Journal, it's a virtual conference on how libraries are leveraging the ebook opportunity.For students, it's only $19.95. What a deal.
My first edited ms for an author who is not myself, is nearly ready to be uploaded as an ebook. It won't be through the Ruby Violet Press, however, but through Lucky Bat Books. I do freelance work for Lucky Bat Books, and know the publisher quite well, so when I approached the author about publishing his works, it was through the aegis of Lucky Bat Books.
I will still be working with LBB, but I would like to put out some works under my own imprint. The revolution is here, people!
